Development of a Clinical Data Analysis System for Biostatistics

This study developed a clinical data analysis system that supports the management and statistical analysis of health research data, including cohort and trial summaries, survival measures, and group comparisons. The system enforces data entry standards and generates audit-ready tabulations. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Django, Pandas, and SciPy. The findings showed that the system improved reproducibility and reduced analysis turnaround time for health researchers, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends deployment in college research units.
