Development of a Cloud Resource Access and Key Management Portal

This study developed a cloud resource access and key management portal that centralises credential issuance, rotation scheduling, and access approval for cloud services. The portal logs key usage and enforces separation of duties. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Django, and SQLite. The findings showed that the portal reduced credential sprawl and improved access visibility, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends deployment alongside cloud accounts in ICT units.
