This project designs and implements development of a Customer Premises Equipment Return and Refund System for internet service providers. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for equipment records, return receipts, condition checks and refund processing. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
