Development of a Web-Based Information Security Policy Management Platform

This study developed a web-based information security policy management platform that hosts policies, tracks versioning and approval, and records staff acknowledgement. The platform supports reminder workflows and awareness reporting. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the platform improved policy visibility and compliance acknowledgement, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends integration with staff induction and training processes.
