This study investigates interest Rate Risk Exposure of Long-Term Loan Portfolios in Warri. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 162 operators. Findings reveal that fixed-rate loans expose banks to rate shocks The study recommends improved complaint resolution and customer feedback mechanisms
