This study investigates peer Tutoring in Algebra Lessons in unity colleges in Abakaliki. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 104 students in unity colleges in Abakaliki. Findings reveal that peer explainers raise algebra pass rates The study recommends provision of adequate laboratories and teaching materials to schools
