This study developed a process capability and maturity assessment system that administers practice checklists, scores capability levels, and tracks improvement actions and re-assessments. The system produces organisation-level maturity profiles. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Django, and SQLite. The findings showed that the system structured assessments and guided improvement planning, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends adoption by software process groups.
