This study developed a web-based software process asset library platform that catalogues policies, templates, checklists, and lessons learned with search and versioning. The platform supports adoption tracking and approval workflows. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the platform increased reuse of process assets and improved process consistency, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends deployment in quality and process improvement units.
