Development of a Questionnaire Design and Response Analysis Tool
Statistics — 2025, Undergraduate
This study developed a questionnaire design and response analysis tool that supports scale construction, response coding, and automated frequency and reliability analysis. Researchers can design Likert and multiple-choice instruments and obtain descriptive outputs and Cronbach's alpha. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using JavaScript, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the tool streamlined instrument design and preliminary analysis, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends extending the tool with factor analysis capabilities.
