Development of a Usability Testing and Feedback Collection System

This study developed a usability testing and feedback collection system that records task scenarios, captures participant ratings, and aggregates usability metrics and comments. The system supports moderated and unmoderated test sessions. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Flask, and SQLite. The findings showed that the system streamlined usability studies and improved feedback analysis, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends use in user experience teams.
