This study developed a web-based code review and technical debt tracking platform that manages review requests, comments, and approvals while recording identified debt items with severity and payoff estimates. The platform produces debt trend reports. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the platform improved review throughput and made technical debt visible, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends adoption by development teams.
