This study designed a web-based use case and user story management platform that captures actors, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and story point estimates with traceability to releases. The platform supports backlog grooming and requirement reviews. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the platform improved requirement clarity and team alignment, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends adoption by agile development teams.
