This study developed a CI/CD pipeline dashboard and monitoring system that visualises build, test, and deploy stages, tracks durations and failures, and alerts on pipeline breaks. The system supports audit views of releases. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Django, and SQLite. The findings showed that the dashboard improved pipeline observability and reduced mean time to recovery, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends deployment in DevOps teams.
