Information Technology — 2025, Undergraduate
This study developed a digital marketplace platform that enables micro and small enterprises to list products, manage orders, and process payments with basic analytics. The platform includes vendor profiles and customer feedback. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the platform increased vendor reach and streamlined sales operations, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends adoption by business development associations.
