This study developed a software project planning and sprint tracking system that manages milestones, estimates, sprints, and task assignments with progress dashboards. The system highlights schedule risks and workload balance. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Django, and SQLite. The findings showed that the system improved plan visibility and delivery tracking, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends adoption by software project teams.
