This study developed a web-based evidence and audit finding repository that stores audit evidence, categorises findings by severity, and tracks closure with management responses. The repository produces audit committee summaries. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the repository improved evidence organisation and finding closure, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends deployment across audit engagements.
