Development of a Web-Based Team Velocity and Burndown Analytics Platform

This study developed a web-based team velocity and burndown analytics platform that computes sprint velocity, plots burndown and burnup charts, and forecasts completion confidence. The platform compares teams and highlights estimation patterns. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the platform improved estimation discipline and sprint prediction, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends adoption in scaled agile settings.
