Development of an Agile Scrum Board and Retrospective Tool

This study developed an agile scrum board and retrospective tool that manages product backlogs, sprint boards, and daily updates while capturing retrospective actions and follow-ups. The tool supports team roles and impediment tracking. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Python, Flask, and SQLite. The findings showed that the tool improved sprint transparency and action follow-through, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends use in agile teams and courses.
