Development of a Web-Based Workflow and Business Process Modelling Platform

This study developed a web-based workflow and business process modelling platform that lets analysts draw process steps, assign actors, and validate flows before automation. The platform documents process versions and bottlenecks. Adopting a client-server architecture and a survey-based usability evaluation, the system was built using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The findings showed that the platform improved process documentation and redesign planning, while achieving a high System Usability Scale score. The study recommends adoption in process improvement teams.
