Influence of Business Ethics on Corporate Reputation and Stakeholder Trust in Service Organisations
This study examined the influence of business ethics on corporate reputation and stakeholder trust in service organisations in Nigeria. A survey was conducted with employees and customers of selected service firms using a structured questionnaire. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The findings revealed that ethical leadership, transparency in dealings, and fair treatment of stakeholders significantly strengthened corporate reputation and trust. The study, however, found that consumer trust was eroded by inconsistent product claims and poor complaint handling. It recommends embedding ethics into organisational policies, enforcing codes of conduct, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.

Assessment of Corporate Governance Practices on the Performance of Quoted Firms in Nigeria
This study assessed the effect of corporate governance practices on the performance of quoted firms in Nigeria. Impact of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Programs on Entrepreneurship in South-West Nigeria

Effect of Venture Financing on the Survival and Growth of New Businesses in Nigeria
This study investigated the effect of venture financing on the survival and growth of new businesses in Nigeria. A mixed-methods approach combining questionnaires and interviews with founders and investors was adopted. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The findings revealed that adequate venture financing significantly improved early-stage survival, product development, and scaling capacity, but that limited deal flow and stringent investor conditions constrained access. The study also found that non-financial support from investors enhanced managerial capability. It recommends expanding access to early-stage capital and strengthening the ecosystem of angel and venture investors.

This study investigated the influence of electronic commerce (e-commerce) adoption on the growth of retail businesses in Nigeria. Effect of Vendor-Managed Inventory Practices on Stock Availability in the Healthcare Supply Chain

Effect of Leadership Styles on Employee Motivation in Selected Retail Organisations
This study investigated the effect of leadership styles on employee motivation in selected retail organisations in Abuja, Nigeria. This study investigated the effect of lean manufacturing techniques on waste reduction in selected food processing companies in Lagos, Nigeria. This study examined the effect of financial literacy on the investment decisions of retail investors in Nigeria. Influence of Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty in the Telecommunication Industry
This study investigated the influence of customer relationship management (CRM) practices on customer loyalty in the Nigerian telecommunication industry. Assessment of Product Diversification Strategies on the Financial Performance of Nigerian Conglomerates
This study assessed the effect of product diversification strategies on the financial performance of Nigerian conglomerates. Financial statements of selected companies were analysed together with questionnaire data from senior marketing executives. Data were analysed using ratio analysis and regression techniques. The findings revealed that related and unrelated diversification produced mixed effects on profitability, with related diversification contributing more to revenue stability and cost synergies. Excessive diversification without adequate capacity was, however, associated with declining returns. The study recommends that conglomerates pursue diversification only where managerial and financial resources are sufficient to sustain new product lines.

This study examined the effect of performance appraisal systems on employee commitment in selected public and private organisations in Ogun State, Nigeria. The findings revealed that transparent, feedback-rich, and reward-linked appraisal systems significantly enhanced affective and continuance commitment. In contrast, perceived subjectivity and lack of feedback in appraisal processes were associated with lower commitment levels. This study examined the influence of strategic management practices on the competitive performance of manufacturing firms in Lagos, Nigeria. A descriptive survey design was adopted and a structured questionnaire was administered to managers of selected manufacturing companies. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics and the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The findings revealed that strategic planning, environmental scanning, and competitive positioning significantly and positively influenced firm performance. Weak implementation discipline and inadequate top management commitment were, however, identified as common obstacles. The study recommends full integration of strategic management into the corporate culture and continuous monitoring of the external environment.

Effect of Corporate Entrepreneurship on the Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises in Lagos State
This study investigated the effect of corporate entrepreneurship on the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Lagos State, Nigeria. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with owners and managers of selected SMEs using a structured questionnaire. Data were analysed using frequency counts, percentages, and regression analysis. The findings showed that innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking were significant predictors of enterprise growth measured in terms of sales, employment, and market share. The study, however, found that many SMEs still shy away from calculated risk-taking due to financing constraints. It recommends that SMEs institutionalise innovation and adopt entrepreneurship-oriented strategies to drive sustainable growth.
